WHAT IS THE KING OF THE GYM EXERCISE?

According to S & C expert, Steve McIntyre, coach to the victorious Springbok rugby team of World Cup 2007 it's the squat! It's a question that many patients through the SPACE Clinic doors ask us.



As he says, the squat is the king of exercises for strength and mass development, which will have obvious knock on effects into improved speed and power. It is one of the few exercises that power lifters, bodybuilders and athletes all share as part of their training regimes.
