WHY EXERCISE MAKES US FEEL GOOD!

Research shows that exercise makes us happy and less irritable! Studies in the USA as presented in the American College of Sports Medicine Annual Meeting, and more recently in Norway showed improvements in mental health & well-being. In fact rats in one study just ran when and for as long as they wished for! This may be linked to reducing 'exercise-angst' & anxiety.

But well-being doesn't finish at the gym door. The road to better health is paved with small decisions that are made by us every day. It’s about the choices we make when we buy groceries, drive our cars and hang out with our friends.


Making better choice seems to help our physical and mental well-being: good health to you all!
